Hey, I’m Courtnie, and I’m so glad you’re here!
If you’ve landed on this site, it means you're feeling that pull to take the first step toward something new—and I’m thrilled to be part of your journey!
My love for group fitness started with years of training in a CrossFit gym. But after my son was born, I felt the need to slow down and reconnect with myself. That’s when I found yoga. As I explored my practice, other forms of group fitness began to find me, and soon, both yoga and strength training became my saving graces.
When I signed up for my first instructor training, I told myself it was just to learn something new—I didn’t even plan on teaching. But the moment I led my first class, I was hooked. That’s when I truly found my passion. Since then, I’ve been committed to learning, growing, and discovering new ways to make fitness accessible, effective, and empowering for every body and everybody.
I believe movement is for everyone—regardless of size, age, gender, or background. The key is finding movement you enjoy and doing it as often as possible. If you're ready to move in a way that feels good for you, I’d love to help you get started.
